Shipment processing time

For pre-orders, we will be posting real time updates on Product Page and over social platforms. Orders that are in stock will be processed within 7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
Our warehouse processes and ships items Monday through Friday. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed and/or shipped the following business day. Weekend days should not be considered when calculating your delivery date. Additional processing time may be necessary on bank closure holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Delivery timeline: 5-10 business days
Aiteks.com ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, but we can't ship to PO box/APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We also cannot ship to P.O. Boxes outside of the continental United States, and we cannot ship to mail forwarding services. Rates are subject to change. Additional charges may apply depending upon shipping method, location, and item.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are your responsibility. If required under the applicable law, we will also charge the applicable taxes, including, withholding tax, sales tax, or value-added tax, which shall be paid by you.
European and North American customers, who elect, fail, or refuse to pay taxes and/or duties resulting in the products being returned to us have no right to dispute the full amount paid to us. We may, if it is in accordance with our Refund and Exchange Policy, refund you for the cost of the products, excluding the shipping fees.

Damages

Aitek is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

The billing and shipping addresses must match

For orders shipped outside of the United States, our system can only ship to your credit card billing address. Your billing address must match the billing address on file with your credit card issuing bank.
