Returns

Thanks for shopping at Aiteks.com and we appreciate your business!
Once the order is being paid and placed, we will not accept cancellation or refund requests.
If the miner arrives broken, please send us an email within 7 business days from the date of delivery. You may request a refund or replacement.
To be eligible for a return or replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, undamaged, in its original package, and was never onboarded to the Helium Blockchain. You must include all accessories originally included with your purchase in your return. You'll also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase. We will notify you once we've received and completed the inspection of the product, and let you know if the refund or replacement was approved.
Shipping and handling charges and taxes paid (such as customs, or VAT) are not refundable.
Please make sure that you put the right model number and street address(this includes street name, building number, unit number, etc), and select your most preferred payment method upon placing an order. We are not responsible and will not refund/replace packages due to the wrong address and/or frequency submitted.

If you return the product without a return authorization from Aitek company or (c) without all parts and accessories originally included with your purchase or (d) physically broken or damaged, we retain the right to either refuse acceptance of such return or charge you a restocking fee of 15% of the original price of the product or the retail value of the missing parts and accessories, whichever is higher.

Limited Warranty

Aitek Miner Plus/Lite Gateway comes with 1 year of product warranty, for 12 months from the date of delivery. This warranty does not cover products purchased on any other third-party websites or from private users.
If the defect in a product of ours was not caused by the customer or a third party, Aitek will determine to either (a) repair the defect, or (b) replace the defective product with a new or refurbished product. Products provided as replacements under the RMA service will remain under the original product's warranty. The warranty date will not change or reset due to any RMA service performed.
The limited warranty does not cover defects or malfunction caused by misuse, abuse, tampering with, improper maintenance, failure to follow operating instructions or use of third-party equipment. Additionally, the warranty will not apply to damage caused by unauthorized alteration, modification, or repair of the product.

Late or Missing Refunds

Refunds take up to 10 business days to process for credit card payments and up to 5 business days for bank payments. If you haven't received a refund yet, please contact your credit card company and/or your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Appropriately Usage

All DeWi/Helium-related Aitek Hotspot products are manufactured strictly in accordance with DeWi/Helium defined specifications. If the buyer violates DeWi/Helium requirements in the process of installing/configuring/using the Aitek product and causes the Aitek product to work poorly in performance or the Aitek product does not work appropriately, this has nothing to do with the Aitek product itself, Aitek company will not assume the obligation to return or exchange the product.
